Our human-first coaching approach at Happen Training creates space for you to pause, reflect, and work through what truly matters to you. We specialise in leadership coaching for individuals carrying complex organisational responsibilities, helping them make clearer decisions, lead effectively, and regain confidence when situations feel stuck.
Our 1-to-1 coaching caters to individuals at various stages of their journeys. Some clients seek our support during moments of change or challenge, while others desire a space to think more clearly, grow in confidence, or lead in a way that feels more aligned and sustainable.
There’s no single reason to seek 1-to-1 coaching, nor is there a one-size-fits-all approach of how it should look.
