At Happen Training, we support organisations to deliver meaningful work in ways that are practical and intentional. Sometimes that support is about getting a project back on track. Sometimes it’s about bringing clarity and structure to delivery that feels overwhelming or unclear. And sometimes it’s about supporting leaders and teams to deliver well without burning out.


We work alongside you to help delivery happen — not just on paper, but in real life.

How we support delivery

Our project and delivery support is hands-on, flexible, and shaped around what’s genuinely needed.


This can include:

  • Project or delivery management support
     
  • Helping define scope, priorities, and realistic plans
     
  • Supporting leaders with delivery decision-making
     
  • Bringing structure to complex or ambiguous work
     
  • Acting as a steady presence during periods of change
     

We don’t arrive with rigid frameworks or unnecessary processes. We work with what you already have, challenge what isn’t serving you, and help create ways of working that make sense for your organisation.

Delivery support - on its own or alongside other support

Some clients work with us purely for delivery support. Others combine this work with coaching, advisory, or people or culture development. We’re comfortable with both.


What matters is being intentional about the support - not assuming everything needs to be blended, and not treating delivery as separate from the people doing the work when more is needed.
