Michelle draws on over 18 years' experience across business change delivery, organisational change, business operations, governance, technology delivery, and people development to help leaders navigate complexity, make better decisions, and lead with confidence, within private, public and third sector. With over 12 years of coaching leaders through change and complexity, and more than a decade of service within Church of England governance at parish, deanery, diocesan and national level, she brings a unique combination of leadership, coaching and governance expertise. She understands how different types of organisations function under pressure, not just in theory, but in practice. Michelle specialises in navigating the intersections of "pressure, politics, and responsibility," bringing calm and practical wisdom to leadership challenges where progress may have stalled.
