Happen Training exists to support organisations to deliver meaningful work, develop their people, and build healthy workplaces.
Sometimes that support looks like hands-on delivery or project leadership.
Sometimes it looks like coaching a leader through a complex moment or providing the space and time for a leader to think.
Sometimes it’s about shaping culture, developing people, or acting as a trusted advisor.
And sometimes, it’s a blend of all of those things.
We don’t believe there’s one “right” way to work. We believe in meeting organisations and individuals where they are, and shaping our support around what will genuinely help.
We’ve seen what happens when organisations focus only on delivery and ignore people.
We’ve also seen what happens when people development is treated as separate from the work that actually needs to get done.
Neither approach works on its own.
At Happen Training, we believe meaningful delivery and healthy workplaces are deeply connected - but we also know that organisations and individuals don’t always need everything at once. That’s why our work is flexible, practical, and human-first.
Our role is to help you:
Whether those things happen together or separately is led by you.
We work alongside organisations, leaders, and teams through:
Our delivery work brings clarity, momentum, and confidence - without unnecessary complexity or burnout.
Our coaching and people development work creates space for reflection, growth, and challenge - supporting individuals to lead with confidence, authenticity, and sustainability.
Our advisory work provides thoughtful challenge and perspective when decisions feel complex or high-stakes.
Across everything we do, we focus on practical outcomes and human experience in equal measure.
We work flexibly in how and where we support our clients. For organisations and individuals based in London and Essex, this may involve remote or hybrid working, depending on what’s most helpful. For those based elsewhere in the UK or internationally, our work is typically delivered remotely, with in-person support brought in where it meaningfully supports the work.
Our focus is always on choosing the right way of working for the context - not defaulting to location, but being intentional about connection, outcomes, and what the work genuinely needs.

Michelle brings over 15 years’ experience across business change, people and HR, and technology delivery.
She supports organisations and individuals to deliver meaningful work, develop people, and build positive, healthy workplace cultures. Her work sits at the intersection of delivery, people, and performance, and she tailors her approach to what will be most helpful in each context.
Michelle works through hands-on project and delivery support, executive and 1-to-1 coaching, and trusted advisory guidance — sometimes focused in one area, and sometimes bringing these elements together to support both the work and the people involved.
She is known for her thoughtful challenge, practical mindset, and human-first approach. At the heart of her work is a belief that meaningful results come from balancing desired outcomes with honest conversations and human experience, creating clarity, trust, and sustainable ways of working so both individuals and organisations can thrive.

With the help our mascot, Baker, we deliver through our valus, FETCH:
Fun
Working together should feel engaging and energising - not heavy or performative.
Empower
We support people and organisations to take ownership of their success, not become dependent on us.
Transform
We focus on meaningful, lasting change - not surface-level fixes.
Challenge the norm
We question what’s always been done to find better, more human ways of working.
Human-first
We treat people as whole humans, with emotions, vulnerabilities, and potential - creating environments where they feel valued and supported to thrive.
We work with organisations that care about:
And with individuals who want space to reflect, grow, and lead well - even when things feel complex or uncertain.
If you’re delivering important work, want some support through change for you or your people, or trying to build something healthier and more sustainable - we’d love to talk!
Because outcomes improve when people are supported.
