Happen Training exists to strengthen how organisations and leaders function under pressure.
Sometimes that support looks like hands-on delivery or project leadership.
Sometimes it looks like coaching a leader through a complex moment or providing the space and time for a leader to think.
Sometimes it’s about shaping culture, developing people, or acting as a trusted advisor.
And sometimes, it’s a blend of all or some of those things.
We don’t believe there’s one “right” way to work. We believe in meeting organisations and individuals where they are, and shaping our support around what will genuinely help.
Organisations rarely fail because of a lack of capability. They struggle because clarity narrows under pressure, and responsibility becomes heavy to carry alone.
We have seen what happens when delivery is prioritised at the expense of the wellbeing of people. We have also seen what happens when development interventions and support is separated from operational reality. Neither works sustainably.
Meaningful delivery and healthy workplaces are not competing priorities. They are structurally connected.
Our work strengthens both, without unnecessary complexity, and without performative transformation.
We do not promise dramatic overhaul. We help organisations function more clearly and steadily.
Across everything we do, we focus on practical outcomes and human experience in equal measure.
We work flexibly in how and where we support our clients. For organisations and individuals based in London and Essex, this may involve remote or hybrid working, depending on what’s most helpful. For those based elsewhere, our work is typically delivered remotely, with in-person support provided when it meaningfully supports the objectives.
Our focus is always on choosing the right way of working for the context - not defaulting to location, but being intentional about connection, outcomes, and what the work genuinely needs.

Michelle brings over 15 years’ experience across business change, business operations, governance, people operations and HR, and technology delivery.
She understands how organisations function under pressure, not just in theory, but in practice.
She supports organisations and individuals to deliver meaningful work, develop people, and build positive, healthy workplace cultures. Her work sits at the intersection of delivery, people, and performance, and she tailors her approach to what will be most helpful in each context.
Michelle is known for her thoughtful challenge, steady judgement, and a practical and human approach. At the heart of her work is a belief that meaningful results come from balancing desired outcomes with honest conversations, creating clarity, trust, and sustainable ways of working so both individuals and organisations can thrive.

With the help of our mascot, Baker, we deliver through our values, FETCH:
Fun
Working together should feel engaging and energising - not heavy or performative.
Empower
We support people and organisations to take ownership of their success, not become dependent on us.
Transform
We focus on meaningful, lasting change - not surface-level fixes.
Challenge the norm
We question what’s always been done to find better, more human ways of working.
Human-first
We treat people as whole humans, with emotions, vulnerabilities, and potential - creating environments where they feel valued and supported to thrive.
If you are carrying responsibility for delivery, people, or both — and something feels slightly misaligned — we would welcome a conversation.
Sometimes clarity is all that is needed. And clarity changes everything.
Because outcomes improve when people are supported.
